You Don’t Say! (One More Testimonial)

It was only a few weeks ago I wrote about some really awesome testimonials we’d recently received. Honestly, I wasn’t planning on revisiting the topic for a while, as variety is the spice of life, right? Cue last Friday. It’s toward the end of the day, and my coworker and I are finishing up our duties for the week when I receive notification of a new Google review.
“I have been with BCI for two months now and wanted to write a review, so in preparing, I read the existing reviews which already adequately covered my positive feelings toward the owners, staff and office space. But I would like to add this complimentary point. Do you know how you felt when “after” you were sold something by a salesperson their enthusiasm in you waned? Well, that is “not” the case with BCI. I can say two months after I first moved in, the staff still treats me as special today as I was treated when they were trying to sell me on why their office space is the one for me. AND they treat those who have rented for years with that same focused attention; I have witnessed this in the halls. I hope this helps others in deciding where to rent their next office space.”
It just made us both so happy I had to share! Not to mention what a great way to start the long weekend. But Mike is right—Sandy and I really do try to build genuine connections with our clients. Nobody likes a fake sales pitch just to get you in the door, and that’s not us. We pride ourselves on not only keeping our existing clients happy (here’s to you, Mike), but creating a welcoming, professional environment for any and all newcomers. I know I’ve said it a zillion times, but it’s true—we really do care about you and your business!
