What’s In a Tour?
What’s In a Tour?
By: Lyndsey Walthall (Blog 31)
Last week we broke down the various plans BCI offers, and in previous posts we’ve explored how to go about choosing which is right for you. So let’s say you’ve made the decision to come in for a tour (as you should—Sandy and I are really nice). You’re probably wondering what all it’ll entail and how much time to allow. I remember a few years ago when I was spending every Saturday apartment hunting there was a fine line between too much info and not enough.
Good: receiving enough information to make an informative decision. There’re so many things to take into consideration when choosing an office space—location, price, furnished or unfurnished—that you don’t want to cause yourself more stress. It’s very likely you’ve already dabbled in our website, but if not, before your tour, why not take a peek to get a better sense of what we’re about? That way, you can jot down any questions you mjjjay have for Sandy, our fabulous assistant property manager. Additionally, I invite you to check out our social media. We post twice a day!
Bad: walking away with unanswered questions due to lack of time. I know everyone is busy and between balancing your business and personal needs, your time is limited, but I still encourage you to set aside at least 45 minutes to an hour for your tour. Sandy will want to sit down with you for a chat before showing you around. Our building is huge and the amenities are plentiful—these things take time!
