Virtually Possible: Explaining Virtual Offices

Lately, I’ve had a lot of people ask me about virtual offices. What makes them different from a typical office, minus the obvious lack of physical space? Are they even worth it? What all is included? Well, I’m here to set the record straight: they’re pretty darn awesome. Attorneys, I’m looking at you, because our existing attorneys love their virtual offices! Of course their careers dictate crazy hours and hectic days, and I’ve had so many tell me how nice it is to know that an office is only a call away.
So what’s included? Well, think of it as a cheaper alternative to physical office space. Meaning, you get me—hi, I’m Lyndsey, your live receptionist! Additionally your business mail/packages are collected and stored for convenient pick up. Conference rooms are available upon request for last minute meetings/sanity retreats. Whatever the case may be, there will always be a place for you here!
As for their worth… well, let’s just say I’ve never heard anybody complain before. Our virtual clients need a business address for their business, of course, and their eyes always twinkle at the idea of said address being in Innsbrook. Over the last few years, I’ve even had people gush about the convenience of having a printer to use when inevitably theirs breaks in the middle of printing some huge, time sensitive document. So is it worth it? Of course!
And there’s always room to grow! If you snag a virtual office with us and find your business booming (which it will, because you’re our client), upgrading to a physical office is as easy as signing on the dotted line with Sandy (our assistant property manager) and grabbing the keys from me (aforementioned live receptionist). The possibilities are virtually endless! (Sorry, I couldn’t resist.)
