Meeting & Conference Rooms
Located on the second floor of Business Center International. Available during regular business hours.
Our meeting rooms are dressed to impress! Equipped with the latest technology, presentation equipment and white-glove concierge service, we are ready to help you make your next meeting a success.
BCI meeting rooms are available for rent by the hour, day, or week during regular business hours starting at $20 per hour.
Full-time BCI clients have 5 hours of meeting room usage included in their service agreement. Additional time is billable hourly.
All Meeting and Conference Rooms include:
- Free Parking
- Receptionist to greet your clients and transfer calls during visit
- Multi-function speaker phone
- Secured, high-speed Internet (wired and wifi)
- On-site support team
- Notary and witness services
- Access to traditional business services: copier, faxing, scanners, paper shredder
- Complementary refreshments (including gourmet coffee, tea and bottled mineral water)
- Catering services on request
- Set up and cleaning

Medium Conference Room

When the ‘Big’ conference room is just… Well, too big, our medium conference room is the perfect size to bring your group together in an environment that is just right.
Small Conference Room
Typically seats 4 – 6

Executive Day Office
Reserve a fully furnished office on demand (based on availability) or with 24 hours advanced notice.
