            Today is all about frequently asked questions! Stuff like this can be really helpful if you’re trying to balance office hunting with, well, everything. So let’s get started!

What do we offer? We offer everything from customizable conference rooms (four upstairs, two downstairs) to virtual offices to physical office space.

Are your offices furnished? You bet! Beautifully decorated by our property manager and assistant property manager.

Okay, but those amenities, though. Oh, the amenities are plentiful. Spring’s here, so it’s the perfect time to get out and enjoy the walking trails around the lake. New vending machines with whole Ghirardelli bars (this is not a drill) are being installed downstairs. We have a gym (to burn off said whole Ghirardelli bars), 24/7 access, free parking, you name it.

What kinds of lease terms do you offer? Well, since we’re family owned and operated and not a money hungry corporation, we’re actually pretty flexible. Stop by or give us a call to learn more about what we can offer you!

What if I start as a virtual client, then need physical office space later? Super exciting! This sort of transition is quite common, and we’re happy to support you through it.
