Only so much can be said (answered?) in a single blog entry, so let’s continue. It’s time for… FAQ part two!
Where are you located? We are located in beautiful Innsbrook, conveniently close to multiple interstates, hotels and a variety of different restaurants. Trust me, if you’re in Richmond on business and trying to organize a meeting, lodging and food will be a cinch. We have a literal folder of menus at the front desk, and you can even have it delivered! Plus our corporate discount at the nearby Drury Hotel is pretty sweet.
What about my packages? We will gladly accept business-related packages and mail! Upon delivery, we will either shoot you an email or call (depending on your preference). We do ask, due to limited space, you avoid having larger items delivered.
Okay, but what about my mailing address? Do I need to specify my mailbox number? We get this one a lot. There is no need to include your personal mailbox number when utilizing USPS. Just specify suite 200, and everything should be delivered just fine!
How long have you been in business? BCI has been around since 1988. One year longer than the person writing this!
Is sign up easy? No, it’s horrible and time-consuming. No, I kid. Yes, it’s quite simple. We recognize you’re busy and your time is valuable, so our assistant property manager, Sandy, does everything she can to ensure the process runs smoothly. She’ll have you out the door before you know it!
