All About Innsbrook

I’ve mentioned before that we’re located in beautiful Innsbrook. That’s still true, but what if that statement falls on deaf ears because you’re not only new to Innsbrook, but Virginia? How can you narrow down office space options if you know nothing about the surrounding area? Logically location would be part of your initial search… but allow me to help shed some light on the subject.

First of all, BCI has been here since 1988! That’s one year longer than the author of this blog has been alive. Family owned from day one, with flexible pricing and helpful staff, it’s no wonder you’ve chosen us as your new work home. Innsbrook came about in 1979 and plays host to many, many professional businesses (400 companies with 22,000 employees, according to its Wikipedia article). Let those networking chances sink in! One of the things that I personally love is the awesome park literally in our backyard. And I speak from experience when I say stepping out for even 10 minutes does wonders not just for your brain, but also the body.

Let’s narrow this down even further—what does Innsbrook have? Well, according to its Wikipedia article, 12 hotels (all of which are literally minutes from BCI), 1,000 residential units and100,000 square feet of retail. West Broad Street is about a 10 minute drive, entrances to interstates less than that, and, if  you’re someone who hosts a lot of meetings where people eat food, not only do we have a folder brimming with menus, swinging a right at Cox Road will expand your lunchtime options even more.  And there’re coffee places, too. Don’t ever forget the coffee.

You were already excited about moving here before reading this blog—now you’re practically jumping up and down! I don’t blame you. Location is so important, and let’s face it, Innsbrook is pretty perfect!
