All About Amenities: Flexible Access, Food & More!

            I know when I was looking for an apartment, certain things were non-negotiable. Like 24/7 emergency maintenance (which came in handy when my AC broke on a Sunday afternoon in 90+ heat), a dishwasher and a bathroom that wasn’t the size of a linen closet. After all, you want your home to be comfortable, right? Same goes for the office. You spend just as much time (if not more) there, so of course you want the amenities to be what you want.

For instance, do you prefer to burn the midnight oil? If so, obtaining an office with 24/7 access must be pretty crucial to you. Having the ability to come and go as you please will not only fulfill your personal preferences, but the flexibility will help grow your business. I know the “traditional” office world is generally some variation of 9-5, but really, what good is traditional? Some of our existing clients have meetings that start at 5, while others meet with clients well after what others would consider “after hours.”

Do you like food? Chances are you’re probably a fan. Onsite food choices, such as vending machines or cafeterias, might be high on your list of priorities. You might not feel like rushing out between meetings to grab a bite to refuel, or you genuinely might lack the time. Having convenient options available will assure you won’t go into your next meeting ready to bite somebody’s head off because you skipped breakfast and you’re running on empty.
